Metrotown and Brentwood developments are selling between $1,300 – $1,400 per Sqaure ft, with recent New Westminster developments seen selling over $1,200. With Burquitlam developments starting around $1,100 per Sqaure ft we feel this is a much more attractive option for homebuyers and investors alike.
For example, instead of paying $900,000 for a new one bedroom in Metrotown, or 700,000 for a one bedroom in New Westminster, we feel $550,000 for a brand new concrete in Burquitlam is a great value. Especially since the Burquitlam development we are currently sizing up has a real unique and finely choreographed offering.
